The entries are coded with a serial number which denotes the year in which they were received into the Stained Glass Repository. Accordingly they are presented in chronological order. Each entry includes a description of the subject matter and details of the source of the window, the size of panels, the name of the maker and the age. There is also a brief description of the condition of the window though this is not intended in any way to indicate the amount of work that may be needed to be done before the window can be installed in a new location.
